Once your package is marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, it is considered fulfilled and complete. Lost or Stolen Packages If your package shows as delivered but you didn’t receive it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier first. If it’s confirmed missing or stolen, we require a police report to process any refund or replacement request. This helps protect both you and our business from fraudulent activity. The report must be submitted to us within 3 business days of the delivery date. 3. Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include clear photos or video of the damaged item and packaging so we can help make it right. Claims submitted after this window or without documentation may not be eligible for refund or replacement. 4. Shipping Insurance We offer shipping insurance on UPS Signature Required Deliveries for your peace of mind. Orders with USPS do not have shipping insurance and will not qualify for compensation if lost, stolen, or damaged after shipment. 5. Incorrect Address Policy Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. 6. Fraud Prevention We use secure payment processing and fraud detection tools to protect all transactions. Any suspicious activity, including false refund or chargeback claims, will be investigated. Submitting false claims may result in a permanent account ban and may be reported to the appropriate authorities. 7. Dispute & Claim Timeframe All shipping-related claims (lost, stolen, or damaged packages) must be submitted within 72 hours of the listed delivery date. Claims submitted outside of this window may not be eligible for review. 8.
