Pine Park currently ships to 44 states. We do not ship to Arkansas, Idaho, Minnesota, Oregon, Rhode Island, or South Carolina.

Which states does Pine Park not ship to?
Pine Park currently does not ship to these six states:
- Arkansas
- Idaho
- Minnesota
- Oregon
- Rhode Island
- South Carolina
This restriction applies to orders placed through the Pine Park website, including orders containing flower, edibles, beverages, concentrates, or disposables.
An order submitted with a delivery address in one of these states will be canceled and refunded. Changing the billing address does not make an otherwise restricted delivery address eligible.
Do not use a forwarding service, reshipper, or another person’s address to bypass a shipping restriction. The policy applies to the product’s intended destination, not only the address entered at checkout.
Why are these six states restricted?
Hemp-product rules are not uniform across the country. Individual states use different definitions, testing calculations, product limits, licensing systems, registration requirements, and rules for online delivery.
Pine Park uses a conservative shipping policy. When a state’s requirements do not align with our current catalog and operating model, we remove that state from checkout rather than accept an order we may not be able to complete.
The reasons are not identical in all six states. Some have strict cannabinoid standards. Others require state-specific licenses, registrations, labels, delivery permissions, or product approvals.
The sections below summarize the practical reason for Pine Park’s policy. They are not a complete description of each state’s laws.
Arkansas
Pine Park does not currently ship to Arkansas.
Arkansas has changed its treatment of consumable hemp products and certain hemp-derived cannabinoids through legislation, controlled-substance provisions, licensing requirements, and enforcement activity.
Because Pine Park sells multiple cannabinoid product types, the company does not attempt to determine eligibility one product at a time for Arkansas customers. The entire state is excluded under the current shipping policy.
Customers can review current information directly through the Arkansas General Assembly and the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration.
Idaho
Pine Park does not currently ship to Idaho.
Idaho has one of the country’s most restrictive approaches to THC in manufactured hemp products. The Idaho State Department of Agriculture states that manufactured hemp products must contain 0% THC in Idaho. Its guidance also limits the cannabis-derived ingredients that may be used in food products.
That standard does not fit Pine Park’s current catalog. Idaho is therefore excluded from all online ordering rather than evaluated on a product-by-product basis.

Minnesota
Pine Park does not currently ship to Minnesota.
Minnesota regulates lower-potency hemp products through the state’s Office of Cannabis Management. Its system includes product restrictions, business licensing, retailer requirements, and specific rules governing delivery.
The Minnesota framework distinguishes between lower-potency hemp products, hemp-derived consumer products, and cannabis products. It also limits which products certain licensed businesses may sell or deliver.
Because the requirements depend on the product type, business license, and delivery method, Minnesota is excluded from Pine Park’s current shipping area.
Consumers can find updated information through the Minnesota Office of Cannabis Management and the state’s hemp business resources.
Oregon
Pine Park does not currently ship orders to Oregon customers, even though Pine Park’s fulfillment operation is located in Oregon.
Those are two different activities. Pine Park may fulfill an order from Oregon and send it to an eligible destination without offering retail sales to Oregon consumers.
Beginning January 1, 2026, Oregon requires most cannabinoid hemp products intended for human or animal use to be registered with the Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission before they are sold, transferred, or delivered to an Oregon consumer. The state says these requirements apply to online sales as well as physical retail sales.
Oregon also has licensing, labeling, and testing requirements for cannabinoid hemp products. Pine Park does not currently maintain an Oregon-facing product catalog registered for direct sales to Oregon customers, so Oregon delivery addresses are restricted.

Rhode Island
Pine Park does not currently ship to Rhode Island.
Rhode Island regulates hemp-derived consumable products through its Cannabis Control Commission. The state has licensing requirements for businesses distributing or selling these products and has adopted product-specific total-THC limits.
Requirements can differ according to whether a product is inhalable, edible, drinkable, or another type of hemp-derived consumable product. Rhode Island also oversees testing, packaging, labeling, distribution, and retail licensing.
Because Pine Park’s current national catalog is not configured as a Rhode Island-specific licensed catalog, the state is excluded from checkout.

South Carolina
Pine Park does not currently ship to South Carolina.
South Carolina’s rules and enforcement positions concerning hemp-derived cannabinoid products continue to develop. State materials address hemp cultivation, processing, testing, and cannabinoid products, while multiple legislative proposals have sought to create or revise licensing and retail requirements.
Rather than trying to make order-level predictions while that framework develops, Pine Park excludes South Carolina delivery addresses under its current policy.

Why doesn’t Pine Park ship different products to different states?
It may seem simpler to block one product category while allowing another. In practice, that approach can create uncertainty.
State requirements may depend on:

- Milligrams per serving or container
- Whether the product is inhaled, eaten, or consumed as a drink
- How a cannabinoid was produced
- Product registration

A single cart may also contain products from several categories. Allowing some items while blocking others can result in inconsistent checkout decisions and orders that cannot be completed as submitted.
For those reasons, Pine Park generally restricts the complete destination state when its current catalog does not fit that state’s requirements.
Does Pine Park ship from Texas?
No. Pine Park’s online orders are fulfilled through Oregon.
The Coppell, Texas address is a mailing address only. Pine Park’s former Coppell retail store is closed. There is no retail shopping, order pickup, or walk-in service at that location.
Texas customers in eligible ZIP codes can order through the website like customers in other approved states, but their packages do not originate from a Texas retail store or fulfillment location.
Are Pine Park products lab tested?
Yes. Every Pine Park product has a certificate of analysis, commonly called a COA.
A COA allows customers to review the laboratory’s reported cannabinoid results for a product or batch. Depending on the test, it may show delta-9 THC, THCA, CBD, CBDA, CBG, and other measured cannabinoids.
When reading a COA, check that:
- The product or batch number matches
- The laboratory is identified
- The test date is shown
- The units are clear

If the delivery address is in Arkansas, Idaho, Minnesota, Oregon, Rhode Island, or South Carolina, the order will be canceled and refunded.
After a cancellation is processed, the time required for the funds to appear in your account depends on the bank or card issuer. A canceled order cannot be redirected to another address after fulfillment has begun.

Can shipping availability change?
